The yukata rentals are free size for women, and M, L, and LL for men. If you feel that the size is wrong when you put it on, fold back the excess fabric at the waist (ohashori) to adjust. We do not accept cancellations, yukata changes, or refunds after wearing.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations after the garment has been worn if the size does not fit.

The combination of yukata and obi is free. Please choose according to your mood of the day and your own concept you want to direct.

If you have reserved a designated yukata in advance, it will take about 5 minutes on normal business days. If you choose from store inventory, it will take about 10 minutes to prepare from the time you choose at the store to the handing over. On special days, it may take a little longer if it is crowded.

For those who are worried about how to tie the obi, we have prepared an obi that is already formed and can be worn easily.

We do not have a place for dressing, but we do rent a rental space in units of one hour for a fee. It can also be used as a dressing space, a resting place, or a photo spot.

When handing over the rental items, we will provide you with a link that explains how to wear the yukata. Please take a look at it for your reference.

Payment will be made at the reception on the day. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or QR code. (The rental deposit will be kept in cash only.)

In the event of damage, dirt, loss, damage to the kimono or obi to the extent that it interferes with use, you will be required to pay from the security deposit. (For example, oil stains, stains such as wine, breast milk, blood, burnt cigarettes, smells such as perfume, etc.)
In addition, you will be required to pay the fixed fee from the security deposit for damages, stains, loss or missing items due to incorrect usage, customer negligence, unnatural usage, and extended use.

When returning the yukata, the deposit will be returned in cash, so we only accept cash as the deposit.

Yukata cannot be rented unless both the yukata fee and deposit are paid in advance. note that.

Cancellation is possible. No cancellation fee will be charged up to 2 days before the rental date. A cancellation fee of 3,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged for cancellations made on the day of rental or the day before.
